VILLAGE OF GAMBIER PLANNING & ZONING

The Planning & Zoning Commission meets every third (3rd) Tuesday, at 7:30 p.m., at the Gambier Community Center. All applications must be submitted to the Village office by 4:00 p.m. on the Thursday before the meeting, (2nd Thursday of every month), to be considered at the regularly scheduled monthly meeting. This will be strictly adhered to. Please make sure that all required information is attached to the permit application.

Zoning books may be purchased at the Village Office for $10.00.
Process data sheets for Gambier Community Center (Non-Subdivision) and Gambier sign permits, along with zoning maps, may be picked up at the Gambier Community Center, Municipal Office free of charge.
